you notice that many are selling for $20,000 then it is
advisable to price yours at $19,999. The $999 looks better and
may be more attractive to a buyer.

Price Adjusting
If needed, adjust your asking price based on the number of
responses you recieve. If you are not getting the amount of
inquiries, then you may have to lower your selling price. Only
do so if you are comfortable with the lower price.
